Where can I find information
about vehicle history on your site?
At this time SXMCAR.COM
does not offer that service. However,
SXMCAR.COM ensures
that thorough title checks are performed and if a
vehicle has been in a flood, or has frame damage, we
won't sell it.
Can I search for a vehicle by features and options,
instead of by make and model?
No, not yet. We may add this feature to our website in
the future.
Can I buy a car online?
By making contact with a dedicated
Car & Bike Sales
Consultant you can initiate the car buying process
online. Once you have selected a vehicle from our
inventory, view the vehicle fact sheet and click on the
"Request More Information," "Schedule Test Drive,"
"Transfer This Vehicle," "Buying Information" or
"Special Order" links to initiate the process. You may
also use the phone numbers listed on the vehicle fact
sheet to request the same help over the phone. From
there, you can set up an appointment to test drive the
vehicle, ask general questions not covered on the
website or request that the paperwork be sent to you via
mail. You can then arrange to pick up your vehicle or
have it shipped to you.
Can I set an appointment online to see a car with a
sales consultant?
Yes, you can! Just click on the "Schedule Test Drive"
link on a vehicle fact sheet after you've selected a
vehicle from our inventory to set a test drive
appointment online with an Sales Consultant. Or if you
prefer, set a test drive appointment by calling the
store of your choice during operating hours.
Can I hold a car online until I can come in to see
it?
At SXMCAR.COM, our
vehicles sell very quickly. We recommend that you visit
the store as soon as possible once you have found the
vehicle you want. In special cases, our store management
may allow the vehicle to be temporarily set aside until
the end of that business day. Please contact a sales
associate as soon as you find the vehicle you are
interested in.
Can you email me when a car I'm interested in is
added to your inventory?
Yes, just email us
your vehicle preferences and a Sales Consultant will
inform you as soon as we have your vehicle of interest
is in interest.

What can I expect to pay for Tax,
Title, Tags and Document Processing Fees?
The exact amount you can expect to pay for tax, title
and tags will vary depending upon (1) the county
where you will register your vehicle, (3) the weight of
your vehicle, (4) whether you will have a trade-in
vehicle and (5) the type of license plate you select.
Amounts charged as Document Processing Fees are not
state required and will vary from dealership to
dealership. (Make certain you know how much a dealer
intends to charge you for a Document Processing Fee, as
this additional expense can raise the price of your
vehicle dramatically.)
As a guide to help you determine what your final cost
and monthly payments might be, we have developed the
CarMax Fee Estimate Chart that contains relevant fee
information in those states where CarMax operates. To
give you a general idea of what these costs might be for
a particular vehicle, we have provided estimated fee
ranges based on the price of the vehicle you select. For
purposes of these estimates, we have assumed no trade-in
vehicle is involved. In many states, a trade-in could
lower these numbers.
Are all your used cars inspected?
Yes. Every vehicle on our lot must pass a Certified
Quality Inspection by one of our Certified Technicians.
The inspection includes over 100 checks and a thorough
investigation to ensure the car has not been in a flood
or serious accident. Cars with frame or flood damage
never make it past inspection.
Do your used cars come with warranties?
Yes. Every used car is thoroughly inspected and backed

Can I return my used car if something happens?

No. We offer financing through a number of other finance
companies, all equipped to work with nearly every budget
and credit situation.
Can I qualify for financing if this is my first
vehicle purchase?
Yes, many customers qualify for financing without a
prior vehicle purchase. Most of the finance companies
with whom Super Bikes And Cars works will look at your
other credit history along with application information
to make a credit decision. If a normal credit
determination cannot be made based on your current
credit history, you may still qualify for one of the
following:
- (1) Applicant must meet
requirements for payment to income ratio; (2)
Applicant must have no derogatory credit.
How are financing decisions made?
Financing decisions are based on individual
circumstances. Super Bikes And Cars is associated with
several financing sources which finance people with
nearly every budget and credit history.
What finance rate can I get?
That depends on your past credit history, the type of
car you're buying and overall market conditions.
However, we offer low, competitive rates from numerous
finance companies to fit nearly every budget and credit
history.

Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes. Because our offer is specific
to your car, we need to drive and inspect your vehicle.
We can't determine its value over the internet or over
the phone.
Will you buy my car?
No. At this point in time we do not purchase cars.
How can I find out what my car is worth?
You can have your car professionally appraised at our
store location. This process will take 10-30 minutes.

Can I get my car appraised online?
No. To determine its value, one of our expert appraisers
will need to inspect and test drive your car.
How do you determine the value of my car?
First, we test drive your car to determine its
mechanical condition. Then we check your car's interior,
exterior, mileage and age. Excessive mileage and wear
and tear may lower your car's value and narrow its
resale value. Lastly, we check the paint and body work
for signs of previous body repair and frame or flood
damage. At Super Bikes And Cars, we don't resell frame
or flood-damaged vehicles to our customers.
What if I owe more on my car than the amount of your
appraisal offer?
If your pay-off amount is more than the value of your
car, the difference is called negative equity. In some
cases, the negative equity can be included in your
financing when you buy one of our cars. If not, we'll
calculate the difference between your pay-off and our
offer to you. We'll accept a cashier's or certified
check for the amount you owe and then pay off your
finance company.

Yes, on most cars and trucks. We offer a 6 month Limited
Warranty on all our used vehicles. 2 Free services are
also available for all of our vehicles. All warranty
work covered by the 6 month Limited Warranty will be
completed through the service department at our
